Lets see this offers me.... oh wait NOTHING new. Basically they are saying, yep we're sure fraudulent clicks happened. Not that they checked if it was me or not. From what I've seen this is the typical follow up email. I HIGHLY doubt that anyone re-examined ANYTHING at all. This is one of the things that frustrates me the most.

I understand that invalid clicks were generated. However, I must reassert that I was not responsible for those invalid clicks. In fact, you havent even provided me with enough information to investigate these invalid clicks further.
Please let me know when these clicks happened and what url they occured on. Also, if you could provide me with some tip as to how to prevent invalid clicks from happening I would appreciate it. As far as I can tell, anyone could simply go to a site with Google Ads on it, and click repeatedly and fraudulently, which would then result in that Adsense Publisher's account being banned. Personally I would like to see Google provide measures to help webmasters counteract click fraud. This would be in your best interests and would also help innocent publishers like myself from being unfairly banned in your attempts to fight click fraud.
As I mentioned, I will gladly provide you with access to my log files so that you can see that these clicks were not generated by me, nor by anyone under my direction.
I look forward to hearing back from you on this matter and the restoration of my Adsense account,
Ben Cook
