    Latest News in SEO is that google included speed of website in its PR algorithm. So speed of website is now new seo factor for high PR.

    As in Facebook likes. The number of shares on Facebook and Twitter is now being used by Google.

    I don't think Google consider Likes as Links but however Google gives some importance to Social Media websites now a days

    New update in SEO is Google has changed it's algorithm and now it penalizing those people who are doing too much previous activities.
