I had previously gotten some pointers from a couple of you before but I thought I would throw it up here, as well.
Be as brutally honest as possible; I can take it!
What I DO know about... more content, keep blog more updated, revamp the resource pages (so they are not so obviously links pages), and fix that mess of a code that we call a website (lol) ...ANY other suggestions would be great

site looks fine to me - seems a little spammy at first, but i'm sure you deal with plenty of that in your industry.
i like the prominent placement of your 'debt form' .. smack at the top so the user can't miss it.
seems like a couple of your pages are de-indexed in G (maybe due to duplicate content)

but your backlinks look pretty good and the domain is aged nicely. (i saw some articles you submitted)
not sure how well you are ranking though.
one suggestion: i see you do lots of reciprocal linking.. i've always been a believer of one-way links ... you never know when those links will turn into bad neighborhoods and cause your site to get penalized.... especially in your industry.
another suggestion: make sure you use good anchor text in your article submissions... i came across one with just the domain name hyperlinked... ezinearticles allows you to use 3 anchor text links, so i'd take advantage of them.

when you see a URL only listing, that means that page is on the verge of becoming a dreaded 'supplemental result' - not good... it's kind of like an indicator to fix it asap. usually this is due to substantial duplicate content (or in recent cases that i've seen; not enough content, or in other words, too much code) - i didn't dig deep in your case.
nice work on the articles.. take the links where you can.
not sure what to do w/your recip links, other than monitor them closely. u never know when one of those sites will become banned, and you'll be linking to them.... i don't suggest dropping all your link partners, but if you did that would turn them into one-way links... <evil grin>of course, that is super sneaky and probably wrong. </evil grin>

Move the CSS to an external file
You have some code errors like the <head> being in the body that can be hurting you
If you're really ambitious change the code from tables to CSS like my site - you can get all the content up top where the spiders like it!
Why don't all your pages match? Format, etc.
You have this hanging out in the bottom righ: Debt Free | Reduction | Consolidation Is it just there for the KW value? It may be considered spam/stuffing
