    Meta description has no effect in ranking, but it does help with click-throughs, if you write compelling reasons to use what you are selling.

    It is wise to write sentences around different 3-4 word keyphrases, so that they show up in Google snippets, when various users try various search queries. (Typically, you build a page about a main 2-3 word phrase and several 3-4 word phrases: write a sentence for each of the phrases in the meta description).

    Why you don't want to do in your content which you mentioned above you know content is King.

    Content is optimized to be read, meta description is optimized to be clicked through.

    If you don't write meta descriptions, you can't guarantee that the SEs show what you want, because there are many possible variants to be taken from the body.

    Even after writing description its not sure SE will display that in SERPs.

    I think SEs use meta descriptions over body text, if the description has what it needs.

    Since the goal of you writing 3-4 sentences for the queries and words that 80-95% of your visitors, searching for the page, is for them to be used, the chances are high that SEs will use your sentences, if you have written them well. If they don't bear any resemblance to what's written on the page or the page has such a broad topic that even 4-5 sentences isn't enough, then it's like with all other pages, SEs take what tastes better.

    Why your are not going to your offer in your website title which more reliable.
    Finally I suggest meta is worthless effort in SEO. we really need to focus on content.

    Title can only accomodate for 65 (or about) characters, while a meta description can contain 200-300 and display two lines of those, not one. Thus, a meta description gives you several benefits:
    - describe all the benefits of your offer in the snippet that the SE shows
    - cover most related phrases and increase snippet relevancy for the visitor, together with the benefits
    - use more call to action in the meta description to increase persuasion

    All the above increases clickthroughs from the SERPs to your page.

    Now, of course, a title can have a call to action, a benefit and the keyphrase or two. But it is rare, when it can have everything at once. Most times, it is one or two of the list and it won't ever have more, than 2-3 benefits or keyphrases, and use a call to action.

    That is, the title is used for something very relevant and very punchy, like a call to action to get/use/buy the product or services for the best reason. A good meta description is used to show all the reasons the visitor needs to visit the page and explains why.

    I think I've said above, but I'll repeat: meta description has no ranking benefit, but it increases clickthroughs from the SERPs to your pages, so it does help SEO (search engine optimization), if you include user experience on the SERPs in what the SEO should optimize for.

    you must go for the resources which are the de. hosted,, the comunities you are working on must have the user of the same country,, the same process with book marking, article submission, blogging etc..

    the same, you have to use the targeted location of that area,,, and it is more important to have the most effective and targeted resoces for the targeted locatoin,
