We targeted two keywords for this site http://www.ldsc.co.uk/ "Cosmetic Surgery" & "Varicose Veins", But there is no result for those.
However, the reason of posting this thread is to involve all of you SEO gurus and find ways and means where we are lacking and what we need to do....
Do share your ideas and suggestions so that we could unleash the power of these forums and make this vision a reality.
Any suggestion and any help on this thread will be a source of strength for us.

First, I'd find the phrases that will bring you most money and are easiest to get relevant traffic.
Then, I'd write posts on the topic for 3-4 years and promote it. Talk with bloggers.
While writing posts, create a detailed post "7 Cases Men When Should Get Plastic Surgery" and promote it. Possibly, each case mentioning a celebrity that has gone through it.

From a quick glance at your website, I assume that you are targeting London and nearby areas. Try to target your 'service names + location' and you will easily gain relevant traffic to your website. Use a keyword tool to identify such popular keywords and optimize your pages according to. Choose wisely the tactics and in long run you can gain top ranks for 'cosmetic surgery' and similar high popular keywords.
I could see you have posted the same questions in other forums too.. So you might have got many different opinions.
