Advertising on forums is by default "spamming" -- it's up to the forum rules and the mods if they accept it or not.

Yes i agree but how is it consider as a Spam...you know why I am asking this because I am not advertising any product or service I am just sharing the same query with different forum sites...It shouldnt consider as a Spam...what u say

Off Course, if you provide some relative and informative information then it is good and the people and the moderator will also like it but if you don't provide some relative and informative information in forums then it will come under spamming and the moderator will not like your answer or your comment so be care full and try to provide the natural and unique answer but related to the discussion...

it is not spamming at all u can get good back link from forums board but your method to get back link is should not be illegal. just discuss question that you know very well..and real use of forums website is to share your knowledge with other members..
