if you have gmail account then its so simple.. go to signup and fill all the information..it will send and activation mail to your account.. activate it... you account will activate..

Go on "plus dot google.com" to create account on Google+1. Or request a friend to send a invitation as he already member in Google +1.

Google + is not open to the public, if your friends have an account at first, then phone them to send the invitation to or be able to make an account.

If you have a gmail account than you can use it simply just goto plus.google.com and click create account and fill up all requirements.
