unfortunately you can't cause google+ is not yet publicly on, it is on beta.. however if any of your friend has signed up early on you can ask him/her to send you invitation to join google+ .

No, invitation process is working. I have invited many of my friends. If someone wants to join Google+, he/she have to join through a friend who could send him a request.

really?? maybe they are updating the google + when I invited my friend.. thans for the info I'll try to invite her again.. because last time google says that invitations are closed.

Google+ is not openly for public, if your friends make a account early then tel them that they send you invitation then u will able to make a account.

i think google +1 is not open for public use. i think it would be possible if you have someone you know who would be generously add you up. then presto! you can have what you want.
