To wait or to do something (lost rankings)

I have lost yesterday rankings and traffic on 1 site, around 20 000 from search engines per month. Now i get just few visitors from G. My PR is the same, PR5, i was not hitted by lates "PR update".

To me it looks like a glitch becose i don't have anything wrong there or i don't sell links there, i got 20 nofollowed links from my categories which are relevant and not paid, they are my recommendation, nothing else. Like linking Wikipedia.

So to wait or to try reinclusion request?

what about your referral traffic and traffic from yahoo! and Live searches? Do they remains more or less the same?

Yes and number of indexed pages is the same.

It's the same.

Same as usual, but i just got couple visits from G from couple keywords.

How many non-supps? Do a [site:www.domain.com/*] search to see that.

You have 3,300 non supp pages and you lost rankings? Mind if I look at the site? Curious about this one. Sounds like a bug going on with one of my sites. Was a very low traffic site anyways, but the homepage, which is non-supp, just suddenly ceased ranking for the primary, low competition phrase, which was #1. Now it's in the 50's I think, and it is an interior page that is ranking instead. Mine has been that way a while now, though. Second time I've had that bug hit me, with 2 different sites.

Apart from those nofollows, did you make any other internal link changes? Or change page names? Alter redirects? change permalinks, etc?

Did you check whether the Logs file for that day... whether it is as sized as the previous days? I mean if you are seeing few kbs instead of MBs - which is normal - there were some issues.

Nothing, everything is the same as 6 or 12 months ago.

I have check domain, logs, host, error logs, Google Webmaster Central tools, everything looks fine.

The more i look, the more is look like a glitch. I have found some good rankings on some DC and on local version's of Google. In last 2 hours i did get some traffic from G, something like 30 visits which is 10 times more then last 10 hours.

If you add &filter=0&num=990 to the SERPS URL, do you find your pages?

If so, I've seen that happen before, I didn't do anything and the sites popped back by themselves after a few days.
