    Yes it is and I always prefer manual directory submission and its better from others in my opinion.

    yes it will help you in building backlinks for the site and yes there are some clients who wants to build links manually so you have to obliged them .

    I'm not good in SEO but I've heard this many times. So what's the difference between black hat and white hat?
    These two are part of SEO right?
