    Monitor Size

Lately my clients want larger websites because monitors are getting bigger. All the answers on the last thread are really old. So, I am asking again. What is the average size monitor people are using, and what is the average size of a website? - Thank you!

average size of your website depends according to the language to which you are using it and what is the total data size in it

    Question Pixels

What language are you programming with? Most websites start with HTML5. Most websites I design use JavaScript, CSS, HTML4 or 5. I have also worked with .net and Visual Studio. They all use the same measurement system.

@jataun, I think that newell didn't fully understand the question

Anyway, nowadays I'd go for two versions of a website:
    - a regular one for resolutions 1280x768 and up
    - a "mobile" one for anything up to 1024x768
