According to me the best way to getting traffic is the submission of the on page and the off page that both are necessary for the backlinks ,traffic and to get visitors for the site .

you have to use the keywords with that all and the meta tag description for the post .

Off page submission:-

1.Articles submission
2.Social bookmarking
3.Blog commenting
4.Blog posting
5.Press release
6.Social networking
7.Directory submission
