I'm sorry but I beg to disagree. If you are updated with the latest algorithm update, you will be aware of the things that matter the most to search engines. I agree that backlinks plays a role in SEO, but it's not a vital role.

when you observe sites that rank high in SERP, you will be amazed that not all of them are building links to their site. Yes, not even a single link. But I didn't say that link building is a waste of time. I'm just saying that links are not the core foundation of SEO.
