    Just check following factors:

    1. URL structure should be static and inner pages should be accessible from home page within 3 clicks

    2. Avoid frames and thick flash

    3. Inner pages should have a connection

    4. Proper use of tags (h1,h2 --, strong, title etc)

    5. Alt text for images

less images, no frames, if you are going to use image or flash make sure that you use ALT for the spiders to crawl and recognize your site.

Why waste time in knowing that your site is search engine friendly? As long as your are indexed and listed in the SERP, search engines consider your site a search engine friendly. If your site gets deindexed, then it's the right time to ask than question.
