Is there anything else to make your website secure. Can we completely trust SSL certified site.

Yes You have this option or You can ask for Military Grade Encryption Mechanism for your site.

SSL does not secures your site, it provides security to user's data which they provide for payment at your site. As my point of view there is no need of SSL Certificate because all the payment gateways use SSL Certificates so no user payment details comes to your site.
