Why my website cant beat the competitor?

    This is my website store.biztechconsultancy.com/magento-mobile-pos.htm
As you can see, my website has much more features as well as good optimization, however I cant beat the main competitor like this website: microbiz.com/magento-pos/ or magestore.com/retailer-pos.html/
What should I do to improve my website?

You need to be more aggressive when it comes on backlinks and finding the best keyword of your competitors.

First of all replicate your competitors backlinks and then build more backlinks than your competitor. One more thing use your keyword wisely in anchor texts.

You can try to get more backlinks, but there are issues on your website that needs attention primarily.

Care to hint at what these "issues" are?

i think you get more backlinks and check your website error, if your website error found then your site can't be increase your ranking. you can use some off-page techniques to get more backlink and traffic of your website.

    following techniques of off-page :

    1 Article
    2 Blog
    3 Profile creation
    4 directory
    5 local listing

You will need to build more backlinks from quality domains to help beat your competitor websites and rank higher in search engines.

I have checked your given page found some issues below that needs to be addressed first

    Image is large 75.18kb

Images should contain a Alt tag, wasted SEO value.

Canonical missing, This is important to prevent duplicate content issues.
Meta description is short, try extending to be more descriptive

Title is too short at 14 characters, titles should be between 40 and 50 characters
Make sure it contains some of your target keywords.
    Page Not Found

Alt tag could be more desciptive, currently just 12 in length.Case Studies

Look to Media files beforehand, Google wants Rapid loading websites!

When people come to forum sites with a problem, problem readers should beware, NOT all writers KNOW what they are saying. Some say you need BACKLINKS, I know I said the same thing, but since that period I did some "R&D on SEO" with my powerful "Seo less is More". Nobody is supposed to give you all the answers some will send you down the wrong avenue and you will get lost.

    http://https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=seo+less+is+more&hl=en-GB&gbv=2&oq=seo+less+is+more&gs_l=heirloom-serp.12...172906.179984.0.181297.20.14.0.5.0.1.500.2781.2-3j3j1j1.8.0....0...1ac.1.34.heirloom-serp..14.6.2202.2WDGwBrCcpo

I made a very SIMPLE website from scratch using my SEO LESS IS MORE approach, with no BACKLINKS at all, and within 3 months got on the first page. Ranking 6th of 16,000,000, there are other key phrases that are all on the first page for their designated areas. Problem reader: You must look at your ((Media files, your images)).

I would say 90 percent of people forget this critical area and winge about Google on forums. But do you need so many images, it takes 12 seconds to load all your images and javascripts, it should take about 0.5 seconds or less, this slows your loading speed. Look to your JavaScripts, how many do you have, typical normality these days is 15 to 30, I have 1 or 2.

The reason I think people have sooooo many Javascripts is because they are using FREE downloaded TEMPLATES, worse move they ever made. FREE yes they are, but are loaded with vast amounts of code. I saw a website the other day with CSS of approx 250kB, yes 250KBs again a free template. Imagine getting bored waiting for the CSS to load. My CSS is approx 2kB. KEEP IT SIMPLE, GOOGLE SAYS THE SAME THING, I PICKED UP ON THIS.

Positioning of your CSS and JS is also key. If you cannot get above your competition and Google see this then you will always play catch up. At the end of the day, if you keep it clean and within Google's guideline using WHITE HAT methods then you will get there and stay on Page ONE of Google.
