Bounce Rate:- Bounce rate is the number of visitors which a site receives only for them to leave the site after viewing only one page. It represents the percentage of visitors who enter the site and then leave or “bounce” rather than continuing on to view the other pages within the same site.

Pogo Sticking:- Pogo-sticking is defined as going back and forth from a search engine results page (SERP) to an individual search result destination site. This means that when the searcher clicks on a link on a SERP, sees that it’s not what he/she is looking for, immediately leaves by hitting the back button.Google doesn’t like pogo-sticking at all. The reason why is very obvious: when users repeatedly visit your page, but don’t stick around to read what you’ve written, it becomes apparent that the page doesn’t really satisfy the users.

    HI Friends
Bounce rate: Bounce rate is defined as "the percentage of visitors who visit a single page on a website." ...
Pogo sticking: Pogo sticking occurs when a user performs a search, clicks on a result, very quickly clicks back to the search result page, and clicks on a different result.

Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors to a particular website who navigate away from the site after viewing only one page. It can be reduced by:

    Good content update
    Internal links
    Easy navigation
    Quick loading of webpage

Pogo-sticking is defined as going back and forth from a search engine results page (SERP) to an individual search result destination site. In other words, pogo-sticking is when the searcher clicks on a link on a SERP, sees that it's not what she is looking for, and immediately bounces off by hitting the back button.

Bounce rate: Bounce rate is an Internet marketing term used in web traffic analysis. It represents the percentage of visitors who enter the site and then leave rather than continuing to view other pages within the same site
Pogo sticking: Pogo sticking happens when a client plays out an inquiry, taps on an outcome, in all respects rapidly snaps back to the query output page, and taps on an alternate outcome. This sort of conduct is an immediate aftereffect of quick disappointment in the query item, and—not at all like bob rate—pogo sticking is consistently a terrible thing.

Pogo Sticking looks like bounce rate but there’s a very thin difference between both of them. In bounce rate, visitor lands on your
website and close it that he/she could open another link with same search term but in Pogo Sticking, user with close the website
and change the search term and again land on your website

Bounce rate counts the number of times a person visits a site from search results, looks at the first page and exits. Pogo sticking is when they select an item from the results, look at one page, then go back and select the next item in the search results, and repeats this a number of times.
