I agree that it could be a plugin issue. Do you run the same exact plugins on other servers? If so, then that eliminates that problem.
It could be the way you have some URL's called in your posts/pages or some php you added. I had to change some of mine, even in WP, do to security features my host added. They were simple changes and I gladly made them if the server is more secure.
I use ChurchQuest for my hosting. I have two sites hosted with them (John Rothra Ministries and FaithTag) and my father's site is hosted with them, too (KeithRothra.com). I've got about 7 or 8 other domains parked with them, too.
