    -1 degrees here this morning

Anyone else freezing with me? I can't take it. I am a Florida girl at heart and these temperatures are killing me. It has been unbearably cold all week. I had started running again, but haven't been able to run in a week because of the cold. Well, I tried one day and I about died doing it. Later my husband told me it was -12 with windchill. I thought gees, am I nuts? and haven't been out sense. Anyhow... what's the weather like in your neck of the woods?

I know what you guys mean... it's like 65 degrees outside right now.

I went out earlier and was like, Brrrr! I almost need a jacket!

Yes it is chilly in Sacramento right now too. All the way down to 51 degrees. And I am wearing a light jacket (more for the rain than temp but still...).

    *brrrr*

One nice thing about Sac is no matter how cold it gets or how much water dumps from the sky, I don't have to shovel any of it!

Um for the record... the -1 and -12 are Celsius right? The 51 and 65 in Fahrenheit?

Heh. It's been -4/-25 F for weeks here, really.

And tresmom, it takes practice to run in cold. Basically, to learn how to breath and what to wear..and get immunity to cold

Really, I've run at -40C/F for a few times and -30C/F, too. It just takes learning and practice.
