Cool For good traffic and SEO - try this
Make a good post in your site and then Digg it ! When you digg it,the post will get on Digg.com and then you can make digg exchange on YOUDIGG.ME. That is my way and is working like a charm. I am waiting for your questions!

What? That's not good. Exchanging digg? Hmmmm. I wonder if SEs detected it as manipulation.

No SE's have no problem with digg exchange, because you don't trick or manipulate something.
