unlike google which give importance on the quality of backlinks, yahoo's algo like the quantity of inbound links. try to build more backlinks then let see what happens after 2-3 months. if if works, good for you. if doesn't, then probably no lost on your part. anyway, seo is a trial and error method.

I think it will be a lot easier to do this.Yahoo is less strict in considering a backlink unless Google.Nevertheless, still do a lot of effort in creating huge list of quality links.

It doesn't differ on Google and Bing IMO... More like the basics: backlinks, content, page optimization, meta title and descriptions, etc.

Seems a bit hit-or-miss with Yahoo. I've had success with some sites that I though wouldn't rank well, and then I've had very nice sites not rank well at all. Domain name and age seem to play an important role. Backlinks not so much.
