		<description>The whole point of being a top user is that you have a knack for finding interesting stories.  If Kevin Rose &#38; co felt that a top user was gaming digg the solution is easy, delete that users account.  The whole "stepped up efforts to game digg" argument smacks of bullshit to me, guys like digitalgopher have been dong their thing for months, what's changed about HIS submissions?  It shouldn't be that hard to police 100 users.</description>

		<description>I think the Top list added a nice element to Digg.  Its loss won't be fatal, but I always hate to see how a good thing removed simply because some people have abused it.</description>
