If Kevin Rose & co felt that a top user was gaming digg the solution is easy, delete that users account. The whole "stepped up efforts to game digg" argument smacks of bullshit to me, guys like digitalgopher have been dong their thing for months, what's changed about HIS submissions? It shouldn't be that hard to police 100 users. The whole point of being a top user is that you have a knack for finding interesting stories.
