A landing page is a sales page which normally has has a teaser headline and captures a website visitors attention with a catchy headline and as a follow up has some nicely worded sales copy and in most cases lots of sales copy and in between all of that perhaps some videos and testimonials.
A squeeze page is a small simple page that captures an email, on a squeeze page it is normal to have something to give away for free in order to have the website visitor put their email in on your page, this could be a mini ebook or guide or video with secret tips.
Additionally, The general goal of a landing page is to convert site visitors into sales leads. A squeeze page are a single web page with the sole purpose of capturing information for follow-up marketing; that means NO exit hyperlinks. Quality squeeze pages use success stories that the prospect would relate to when making a buying decision. They also use things like color psychology, catchy sales copy and keyword rich text placed with SEO (search engine optimization) in mind. Some advanced marketers even use audio and video on their squeeze page.

I think the lines are blurred between the two so it is hard to distinguish between them nowadays. Landing pages often have a
