    google increases the page rank as per the algorithm result which is used by google. so always create back links so as to get good PR.

    There are many factors how search engines rank your website. Good and unique content is still the greatest way for you to reach this. Google love unique content because it wants to provide good quality stuff to its users.

    Yes, Google has stated several times that it isn't going forward with its PageRank program, largely due to backlink abuse. If you use backlinks for what they were intended for in the first place (to attract visitors), both your site's SERP and traffic will increase.

    Google has removed PageRank distribution feature from its Webmaster Tools. 2013 – In November, the last known update of visible PageRank was performed. 2014 – Matt Cutts says that another PageRank update won't come. 2016 – Google officially shuts down the toolbar for public use.

    The last official public PageRank update happened in December 2013. In October 2014, Google's John Mueller confirmed what we'd long suspected – that Google Toolbar PageRank was officially dead. The final nail in the coffin came two years later when Google removed Toolbar PageRank from its browser.
